Pete Selda
Chief Executive Officer
A proven growth-stage CEO with extensive experience in the security industry, Pete Selda was most recently president and CEO of WholeSecurity Inc., a provider of behavior-based security and anti-phishing technology. At WholeSecurity, he built the executive team, secured more than $20 million in venture funding and led the company from incubator pre-product stage through the company’s acquisition by Symantec Corporation in October 2005. Prior to WholeSecurity, Pete was president and CEO of Internet Dynamics, an Internet security company focused on enterprise-class security solutions. During his tenure at Internet Dynamics, Pete was responsible for managing corporate growth and direction, and ultimately oversaw the company’s successful acquisition by RedCreek Communications, Inc.
Prior to Internet Dynamics, Pete spent sixteen years at Tandem Computers where he held a variety of positions, including sales and sales management, and served as the president of MPACT EDI Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tandem. He also served as VP of Tandem’s clustering software technology OEM business and as Tandem’s investor relations executive and financial community spokesperson. Pete began his business career in sales and marketing with Control Data Corporation. He holds a BBA from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.

Steve Sutter
Chief Financial Officer
Steve brings 16 years of proven financial management experience with a track record as a hands-on accounting and finance manager at both strategic and tactical levels. Most recently, Steve was CFO of Elance and developed corporate strategy and business model redesign, and played a key role in the company’s 25% revenue growth in 2006. At Elance, he executed the sale of the company’s enterprise software division to Click Commerce.
Prior to Elance, Steve was acting CFO of Netfish Technologies and responsible for the successful positioning, negotiation and execution of the sale of the company to Iona Technologies for $270 million. He also served as Corporate Controller at inSilicon and was a key contributor to the company's successful $35 million IPO. Steve has also held financial management positions at Valdero Corporation, Centric Software, Adaptec, Tandem Computers, and KPMG. He holds a BS Accounting, from California Polytechnic State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sean Convery
Chief Technology Officer
An expert in the field of secure network design, Sean is the author of “Network Security Architectures” which was published in 2004 and details secure network design methods.
Prior to Identity Engines, Sean worked for seven years at Cisco Systems, most recently in the Office of the Security CTO focused on new security technologies. Sean’s past research focuses have included Layer-2 security, the security of the border gateway protocol (BGP), and the emerging security issues of IP version 6. Now focused exclusively on network identity, Sean is actively researching methods to address the gap between user identity and network access controls. While at Cisco, Sean was best known as the principal architect of the original Cisco SAFE Security Blueprint, as well as author of several of its foundational security white papers. Over those seven years, Sean presented secure network design to thousands of enterprise customers around the world and has consulted with many Global 2000 customers on their infrastructure security architecture.
Prior, Sean held various positions in IT and network security consulting for more than 13 years. He spent several years in IT as a customer of Cisco and other IT providers which brings a unique perspective having seen deployment and operational challenges first-hand.

Bill Snow
Vice President of Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Bill Snow drives all facets of Identity Engines’ development, QA, and customer advocacy initiatives. He brings extensive experience in global product development, acquisitions, and team-building in both startup and large corporate environments.
Most recently, Bill directed software engineering at Stoke, a networking startup developing products for fixed-mobile convergence. Prior to Stoke, Bill worked at Cisco Systems, managing a team of developers spread across the US and the UK responsible for all routing and high availability features for the CRS-1, Cisco’s most advanced service provider router.
Prior to Cisco Bill was Vice President of engineering at Nortel Networks, through the Centillion and Bay Networks acquisitions. He was responsible for managing engineering and product management for the Centillion line of ATM LAN Campus switches. Bill has also led development teams for IBM, TRW, and Bell Labs.
Bill holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and M.S. degrees in engineering management and electrical/computer engineering, both from Stanford University.

Anne Hiller
Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Marketing
Anne brings more than 20 years of experience in high-tech channels, business development and marketing to her role
at Identity Engines. Most recently, Anne drove strategic partnerships in her role as senior vice president of marketing and business development
at WholeSecurity, a provider of behavioral end point intrusion prevention and anti-phishing solutions acquired by Symantec Corporation in 2005.
Prior to WholeSecurity, Anne was vice president of marketing at Hipbone, Inc., a provider of live collaboration solutions for multi-channel
sales and service acquired by KANA in 2003. She also held sales and marketing management positions at Calico Commerce,
where she built sales infrastructure and partnerships that helped drive the company's growth from $2 million to more than $23 million prior to
its IPO in October 1999. Earlier in her career, Anne served in managerial roles with Remedy Corporation as manager of channel creation, Tandem
Computers as manager of worldwide marketing and partner programs for Tandem’s Alliance Division and NeXT Computer.
Anne holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and has completed executive education
coursework from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Anne is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board of the
Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and also serves on the board of the Joyce Ivy Foundation.

Roy Chua
Vice President of Product Management
Roy was most recently Director of Product Marketing at Spirent Communications, the leading network test and measurement vendor, and was responsible for its web and security product lines. Roy arrived at Spirent through the acquisition of Caw Networks, where he was responsible for managing the line of Avalanche™ products from concept to reality, picking up 5 prestigious product awards (including 3 NetWorld+Interop Best of Show) on the way, and taking the product to in excess of a $30M annual run-rate in less than 3 years despite a significant downturn in the telecommunications sector. The Avalanche™ product line is used by all major security and network vendors (including Cisco, Foundry, Nokia, Checkpoint, Juniper) to validate the performance of their equipment, and is also used by major enterprises such as Deutsche Bank, eBay, Walmart, and Bank of America to assess website capacity.
Roy has also worked in marketing management and engineering positions at Auspex Systems, Cisco Systems and iChat/Acuity. Roy holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
